Job categories

Workplace Consultant

Collects and analyzes diverse data using various tools, and proposes ideal workstyles suitable for the client. A workplace consultant also provides the Change management service.

Interior Designer

Develops the main concept for the office design based on the prerequisites and proposes a space design that accommodates client requirements and new workstyles. Interior designers leverage their designs to address clients’ various challenges, such as productivity enhancement, stimulation of communication, corporate branding, recruitment, and enhanced retention.

Project Manager

Objectivizes client needs and oversees the project, controlling the schedule, cost, and quality. Multi-tasking competence is required for project managers, including competence in team-building and communication management with stakeholders.

Construction Manager

Organizes and manages on-site work for projects that involve building-owner’s agencies and client-appointed contractors. Construction managers are responsible for controlling the schedule for the contractors and updating the client with the progress on site.
