Unlocking Workplace
Potential to Inspire Workers

Photo: CEO

Since its inception in 1977, Midas has always kept offices at the center of its focus.

Half a century on, we continue succeeding in the office design industry, and the most fundamental enabler for us is the genuine interest in creating an ideal workplace, which is embedded deeply in our DNA.

For these years, our portfolio has expanded to include office building renovation projects, airport lounges and retail spaces, and also warehouses and laboratories as extended office projects. All these design projects pivot on our unceasing quest for the ideal solutions for the people who work in these places.

The world today is at a crossroads to redefine this physical space “office” and give it a new significance. Companies are in search of ideas and means to create the offices that work for them, with great difficulties.

Our approach to this challenge is to put ourselves in the shoes of our clients : to see their issues as ours and understand the project’s purpose and goal, perhaps more precisely than they do themselves, leveraging the expertise and experience from our diverse past projects. We work with the clients to realize their ideals and continue working to make their offices evolve in the best interests of the people who work in them.

“Unlocking Workplace Potential to Inspire Workers”

We pursue this as part of our missions.

We invite you to delve into and unlock the potential of a workplace.

There, you will find every working individual empowered and motivated to grow your company. It is a promise.

Representative Director, President
Keiichi Hatayama
